The Juggler of Notre Dame; exceptionally sad, a tale of a man's destruction and a final moment of redemption. Highly recommended for couples old enough to understand the complete significance of death and self-torture.
Here is the trailer:
I saw Testament around Thanksgiving 1983 with my best friend. When we all came out of the movie theater, everyone was silent and speechless. My friend then said to me "Why did you make me see that?"
Here is the whole movie, but I warn you:
This _will_ be the saddest movie that you've ever seen.

Love actually. It's funny though, cause it's more of a happy movie but I was going through a really tough time of love (unrequited) and it really messed me up. Seeing all those people so happy and together it just gave me this huge sense of longing for someone as well in my life like romantically. It was very sad. Especially since it was the first time that I watched it. So all of those feelings kind of came out and so far it's one of the only two movies for which I've cried.
