I know it's a few console Generations old, but the single best game I've ever played is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.
They really don't make them like that anymore.
Apex - also the Beta for the new COD came out today though if you wanna give that a shot.
Ah yes. I thought it was the 21st. It did look quite good.
Nope it’s today! Apparently drops 6:00pm Pacific time.
Thars be 9 pm on the east coast. Exciting. Thank you. What will you be playing on?
I play on Xbox
Ah. Maybe I'll see you on then. I haven't played any CoD since MW3 or World At War. They lost me at Ghosts. Sort of gets convoluted after that I didn't even bother.
Most people gave up on it because it was no longer boots on the ground. I kept playing and honestly liked the futuristic bs lol I don’t really play anymore though. I really got into Apex.
Hm. If only I had friends and liked battle royale.
Yea battle royale can definitely be frustrating. I played fortnite for a bit and it was so much more stressful then relaxing.
For me its currently WOW Classic ^^' My favorite game of all time would be Dragon Age Origins.
How did you feel about inquisition and are you looking forward to DA:4
I didn't really liked inquisition tbh, its the only one of the series I didn't even finished. It lacked pretty much everything which made Dragon Age exciting to me. Since I expect the gamepley of DA4 to be similar to inquisition I'm not really looking towards it.
I wasn't really feeling it either. I think I got into it at dragon age 2 and I still remember the characters. Didn't get that from inquisition. After mass effect and anthem, not really confident dragon age 4 will get the love it deserves.
Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, Zelda Link's Awakening on the Switch & No No Kuni Wrath of the White Witch
I'm enjoying Dragon Age.
Red Dead Redemption 1
Haha. Why am I not surprised.
I used to love mario too
What was your favorite
let's start with what I like:SPECIALISTS ARE GONE! There's no trace anywhere of Specialists, Rigs, or Divisions (that's what they were in WW2, right?) to be found, and the game is absolutely better for it. The only thing in its place is an ability mapped to L1+R1 providing a small boost--a small barricade to hide behind, or a crate giving teammates full refills on ammo. As of this writing those are the only two to be available--others include a tactical insertion (!), an EMP, and a recon drone. It's yet to be seen how these affect gameplay but they seem to make gunfights more interesting instead of ruining the experience like, for example, the specialist equipment in Black Ops 4.Sort of as a sub-point to the previous one, lethal and tactical grenades both make a return. Technically these were in Black Ops 4, but they took up a slot in your Pick-10 class and it was never viable to run a lethal in place of your overpowered Specialist equipment, not to mention Stim Shot being pretty much the only tactical equipment worth using. Being able to use frags, semtex, claymores, and stun grenades without feeling like you're wasting a slot in your class is a godsend. Speaking of which...The create-a-class is fantastic. Currently it lacks many options but as the beta continues and when the full game eventually releases, I anticipate this won't be much of a problem. Pick-10 is gone and replaced with a whole new system devoid of wildcards in which Overkill has been turned into a perk (interestingly enough, in the same slot as Scavenger, which will mean there's a decision to be made about whether to use Scavenger or not). With this, you can potentially run two fully tricked-out primaries. On top of this, there are vastly more guns (4 LAUNCHERS!) than there were in the base game for Black Ops 4, and the ability to edit loadouts mid-game is also great.Graphically, the game is absolutely gorgeous. This game looks better in beta than Black Ops 4 looks nearly a year after launch.
As is par for the course with Infinity Ward, hit detection is incredibly tight. I have yet to be confused about the size of a hitbox or wonder why a shot that definitely hit, well, didn't.Killstreaks feel very balanced, at least the ones I've been able to get so far (UAV, Cruise Missile and Chopper Gunner).I like that every gun has its own level of recoil; something that got boring about all the futuristic CoD games is that every gun just felt like a laser that could fire at the exact same spot endlessly with pinpoint accuracy. I like that recoil mitigation is now the player's responsibility and not just handled automatically by the game.
I only disagree with the decision to remove the ability to sprint and reload. It seems to slow the game down unnecessarily and give you fewer options to get out of an adverse situation.
