If I will try to explain it, I would probably look stupid. Let's say it helps me get over the sad stuff I am going through forever.
You can mental gymnastics yourself into thinking whatever you want. Try instead going outside for a walk where you can visually enjoy nature and tell me if there is any significant difference in that versus your sadboy playlist.
