Oh cool !!! Do you know the names of the notes you hit?
Not off the top of my head. And octave range is my comfort zone. I can go higher and lower if needed. I can hit a high A if needed, but not much higher then that.
Oh ok. I mean, I can hit high A, quality depending on the time of day, how warmed up I am, etc. I just don't think a note like that is really in my reasonable range. I'd say D, maybe up to an F for me. Low note wise, more tenor range
I should say I can hit a high C. But that's like at the tippy top.
If I go into almost a whistle register, I can hit the C, but it's not comfortable at all and I'd never actually really be able to sing it😂
Not exactly what I was referring to, but nice :D
Soprano is the highest vocal range on the female side of the Fach system starting at middle C and some can whistle. I do know what you're talkin about. I don't mean The Sopranos the TV show.
Yes, you're right. But soprano is your voice type, not your vocal range. Your vocal range is specifically what notes you can hit, and even among sopranos, their vocal ranges vary
I can go a little low like the mezzo soprano but I can go as high as C6.
I just can't do it as good as much right now because sadly I suffered a lot of abuse and Trauma growing up that all I kept doing was yelling and that pretty much help damaged my voice a little.
Aww :(. That's a good range though :)
Oh that's cool !! That's about where my usable range is as well
Don't worry, I'm assuming you're just untrained😂. That is a nice artistic description however 😂
Well im am a writer, descriptive imagery is in my playbook haha

You could either use a piano or other instrument, or there are different apps for measuring vocal range
It's just a subject that intrigues me, not much else lol
