How to get a nearly 18 minute video down to almost 4 minutes?

I'm trying to make a tribute video based on some scenes from a show i like. I made it almost 18 minutes but im trying to get it down to almost 4 because i put a song to the video and took the voices out of the show. I'm just not sure what parts of the video to cut out
