I have a song in my head but I’m hesitant to record it?

I can play it just fine and it sounds good to me, but I think it’s the first thing I’ve written that feels personal to me and for whatever reason I’m hesitant to record it. Feels very strange. Not sure how to make sense of it.

I think for some reason I’m afraid that it’s too basic or something or that it isn’t as good as it seems like it could be. I don't know. I’m weird.

all the good and great writers, lyricists and composers have done something they're not proud of, and they don't see it to be any good. Why would you be the only one in the world that does not... lol.

just write, record, and keep going, don't block yourself.
