Never in my life have I imagined a life beyond 35 or so. I have actual dreams of my funeral semi often, and each time my parents are there, not too much older than they are now. I believe, and have believed since 10 or so, that I will die before 40 and not to worry about the future too much. AS A 10 YEAR OLD! Anybody read into dreams that may have an idea what this is about? The intellectual in me doesn't believe I'm actually going to die before 40, but there's gotta be something with that, right?
Most people picture their future; spouse, children, growing old, etc. While I've done this, it never passes a certain age. Kids under 7, husband mourning my death with my child as a middlw aged man.
By the way, I'm not even kinda depressed or suicidal AT ALL. My life isn't perfect, but I would never put that on my family or friends, I have a lot to live for, this is not even kinda that.
Curious if anyone else has the same strange problem?
