Girls, My dad slaps my butt, is it normal?

I’m a 15 year old girl and my dad slaps my butt sometimes. Every time I tried to move away (to show I’m uncomfortable with it) but he never stops. He sometimes also squeezes my thighs and joke about losing muscles after I stopped doing sports. I find it very annoying and uncomfortable, but I’m scared to tell my mom or my dad. I told this to my 17 year old sister and she told me my father did that to her before but she told him to stop. But obviously if my sister did tell him to stop, I don’t get why he is still doing this to me as I’m already 15 years old. I don't know is it just me or it’s not normal?

My grandfather did the same thing. I think it's normal for any father figure to do that. I told my grandfather to stop and he kept doing it. Finally, i got mad and explained to him why it wasn't ok to do that. He threw a hissy fit, but finally he calmed down and stopped doin it. Sometimes he still does it accidentally, but mostly he doesn't.
