Do You Still Hug Your Friends During the Pandemic?

I have met with friends for the first time since the pandemic started in my country in march. We went t a bar last week but the bar was not crowded and it was just us in the bar, we ere 7 people. We did not hug each other for greeting. We just say hi to the air and we even share the same car to go and still no hug or kiss to say hibut no hugs. I dont even hug my sister when she stops by to vist mom as she lives in another house, she does not even hug my mom to greet her, and she does not hug my brotehr either. So as a family we had not hugged even if we are together. My sister even wears a mask when he stops by to visit us in the house, we dont wear masks cause we are inmy house, she is the one wearing the mask.

Then I had hug other relatives like 2 aunts and 3 cousins no kisses only hugs to say good bye when we saw each other one week ago.

My closest friend has asthma , so i keep away from her, because she's vulnerable and more susceptible to developing serious health complications if she catches covid-19. I worry in case I'm assymptomatic and pass the virus on to her if I hug or visit her

Only if I see them often. If its someone I haven't been around in a couple months or they've been traveling a lot, ill opt for a handshake or a high five.

But people who have been around me day to day, I know that if they got the rona then I would have gotten it also by now.

It depends on the friend and how they are feeling. But overall... I don't hug too often currently... I hope that will change after co vid however... Whenever that is supposed to happen...

Depends on how confident I feel in that neither me nor them are sick, and also whether I usually hug them, pandemic aside. I don't meet very people now during the pandemic anyway, so usually if I visit my parents and sister, there's not really anyone within the last 2 weeks I could've gotten sick from, and it's the same deal with them, so I do hug them when I visit.

Absolutely! I'm going to hug lots of people tomorrow, on Thanksgiving. No masks or social distancing where I'm going. No Covidiots or Branch Covidian cultists.

Never had any friends in life, so not applicable. I have plenty of acquaintances and no I have never hugged any of my acquaintances. I totally dislike being hugged and I don't hug others as well.

I never was a big hugging type and Covid just made me completely refractory to hugs and any other kind of physical contact.

My mom said she saw on the news a lady hugged a family friend who had covid symptoms at the doctors and days later that lady died
