but in my defense she sent me more than I sent her... and I was sleeping 😂

There are a few a few friends like that mam, but i don't think it is the true meaning of friendship.
A friend might not text you for a week but will be the first to reach you if you are in trouble or need someone.

No this is not true if someone is doing this not only is this not normal but this is very clingy and too dependent behaviour that is not healthy and they really need some serious psychological help also being friends with someone does not mean that you signed up for their constant messaging especially 50 messages in a row some people do have lives

honestly it depends the kinda texts you're sending. if you're being clingy and annoying, thats not okay with ANYONE because im sure you wouldn't like if someone did that to u. but lets say u just spam their name a few times because you're bored or u miss them or u just wanted to check in on them and say hi, thats totally normal. but thats just my own opinion, everyone is different :)
