when my dad was alive & i was living with him & my ex step mom they were fighting one night and she was like i want a dna test so i know that retard is yours meaning me

my dad's name was never on my birth certificate i knew that when i was young when i asked my mom about it she says my father was drunk at a bar and thats' why his name is not on my birth certificate i have my moms last name

i started thinking about this today

I think you are the legitimate son and your mother is justice trying to punish your dad for not meeting her expectations by not including you on the certificate, or maybe she wanted custody of the relationship ends so did not include you on the certificate - Rest assured God will torture and kill your stepmother when she goes to hell

It’s a typo - what I mean is your mother might want an easier time getting custody of her relationship with your father ends so does not include your dad on the certificate

I think your mother knows the truth if your father was your father or not. I think what matter is that he raised you and so that makes him your father. Also, if your mother is telling you that he is, I would trust it. I don't think she would have a reason to lie, unless it was someone else and she wants to protect you. I think your step mother was just being mean.
