How expensive is it having a child?

Question

I'm planning on putting back and saving, having a full time job then think about a kid. Def into single dads, I already have a child I can care for if they love me back.

I dont know why I am in panic over needing to have a child. Im 25. Should I calm down and relax?

It depends?
If you live in a modest home that you own or with cheap rent, sometimes the mother can afford to stay home with the baby while her husband works and pays for everything.
That's how we did it at first.
If you're a single parent it's more difficult.

My mother was a stay at home mom. Until I reached adulthood and got jobs she got herself a job because now I can buy my own stuff and I'm well out of school. My sister is grown too.

My dad makes a lot of money though..

It's definitely convenient if you have a partner and he has a steady job.
Babies are not incredibly expensive, but formula, diapers, breast pumps, digital thermometers, baby clothes, toys, medicine and doctor visits as well any other unexpected thing that comes up can be costly.
Kids start costing more when they're in school.
School clothes, school supplies, fresh lunch stuff everyday, driving them back and forth, school projects, field trips, toys, electronics, cell phone bills, videogames etc.
It's just important to have a good, steady home life with parents that can afford to make ends meet every month and keep food in the fridge and gas in the car. I
You just basically got to have your shit together as a couple before the baby comes.

Don't have a kid just because you feel like you need to have one by a certain age. They are very expensive and they take over your entire life.

in here , the most expensive thing for them is their education cost , compared to 20 years ago ( when i am college student) the education cost now is more than 200 times more expensive , yes it is the come from same university

I try to be patient but if I watch shows with moms being sweet moms or see moms in real life I get depressed and crave being a mom myself... but... I shouldn't push out a kid just to fill a empty void inside me if that makes sense.

Yes, that makes complete sense. Kids are crazy, I partially raised my younger brothers, so I am good for a while.
