Poor kids. All they really want ain't so hard. To be heard, to know they are safe and loved. To have connection and understand who they are.

That is the challenge I see for most people. That little child took some "hits" and needs healing. It wasn't your fault. This world is messed up and has been a long time. It is your responsibility to own yourself and do the repair work.

Things get so messed up in this world. Do you remember what it is like to see the world as a little child? It is very different. That little child is burried deep inside you, with all that you learned.

One thing to check out... child development stages. This is a helpful tool to identify and map your behaviors to childhood traumas. In other words, if you have trust issues, you can reflect back to 0-2 years old (if possible) and explore what happened and work to heal those wounds... so the wounds don't damage your sense of trust... either trusting too much, wrong people, or too little.

Example... lots out there to read...
