What do you do when you’re being argued over by friends/girlfriend?

I was playing in the park and my friends wanted me play hide and seek with them but my girlfriend didn’t want me to so I didn’t. Tomorrow one of my friends wants me to play out with him but my girlfriend doesn’t let me hang out with him because she doesn’t like him. Not only that my other friend badmouths my other friends 😭😭 it gives me anxiety because I’m stuck in the middle of arguments all the time.

You have a controlling girlfriend who doesn't want you to have other relationships. You have friends who want to hang out with you. But a friend who doesn't respect you. you need to just be by yourself and get some space. That anxiety isn't good and I know to some degree what that feels like. I think that you are just around people who want to manipulate you instead of respecting you for you. Your friends want to play hide and seek, that's healthy. Don't know what age you really are, but whatever. However, if you are extremely young you do not need a girlfriend being so young. Unless you're looking to get married at 18. That girl sounds immature, and you need to do something about your other so-called friend being mean to other friends of yours. Seriously DO SOMETHING instead of not doing anything.

She don't have to be stuck in the middle of arguments if you're not around that at all. You simply need to not be around them. Unitex about a month or so. You do what you got to do. But you can't be around people like that who are not respectful of you and you're not respectful of each other. Did something very toxic and you can't be friends with people like that let alone if your girlfriend does not respect you, then you need a new girlfriend. It's as simple as that. Or better yet you need to just stay by yourself until you are mature enough to handle such decisions. In my opinion you are way too young to be having that kind of stuff going on.

I will tell my friend to stop being mean to my other friends and but I might try to avoid them for a bit. I am 13 and my girlfriend is 12. My friends are 11-14.

I kind of figured that you are way too young. And she is way too young. At that point you can't control other people. The best thing that you can do it again just keep yourself away from them for a very long time until they understand that you have boundaries as well. You got to learn to set boundaries. And I would highly suggest that maybe ask your parents to get you a book or two cooking and boundaries. And I can best help for you to improve the relationship with other people.
