What to do if your step sister and step mom are spreading rumors about you that you’re doing drugs to the family? (this is about my cousin)?

I think I'd go to a place of sanctuary. I'd ask people outside the family what my options are in my situation and maybe even seeing if there is a free drug rehab place that has free beds. I know that in a crisis situation, there are supports out here. so I'd recommend talking to maybe his school or going to checking out the community supports in that area. I know for me, there is a place with beds that you can stay in for a little bit in cases of crisis. So I'd check to see.
I'd type in google "what crisis support services are in (name of his city and state)"

Fight fire with fire is what I'd do.

Just start spreading rumors that the stepmom is cheating and maybe he can get her out of his life for good.

That's IF he's actually not doing drugs because I find that where there is smoke there's usually fire and there's no way they just started some ramdom rumors about him if there was never a drug related incident.

So be careful to have all the facts before deciding who's doing what even if it's your cousin.

He needs to contact someone to get him out of that house, possibly a mental health counselor, and explain his situation that he doesn't want to live with them and he needs help or he may self-harm that will get him out there also He can contact his local Hospital talk to Social Services and they will help him, possibly get him funds to find a place to stay, what their doing is spreading rumors which are not good, he could bring false charges against them or even take them to the magistrate for harassment trust me once they know he is taking action against them they will leave him alone

I probably start questioning them abd ask other siblings /relatives that aren’t involved. Ones that I trust abd get to the bottom of the situation
