Tips for clear GLOWING skin!

After a lot of research, reading up on dermatologist articles and testing out many products/methods I have finally nailed a good damn skincare routine & have included some of my best tips below:

P.S- the picture isn't me but is very close to my skin's natural condition.

1) Cleanse twice daily- AM & PM this is crucial even if you don't wear makeup as naturally polluting particles from the air surrounding us can build up on your face & clog your pores!

2)Exfoliate 2-3 times a week on your whole face & everyday on your troublesome areas- It is one of the most important steps and not only does it remove all the gunk off your face but also improves blood circulation for healthy skin from within. The best time to exfoliate is after you've removed your makeup. Really get in there & remove everything.

3) Use a Serum- this has honestly changed my LIFE a serum is basically an oil packed with moisturising ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ceramides to help your skin glow & be as soft as a baby's butt lol.

4) Wear SPF- This is one we hear all the time but it's crucial to help protect your skin against UVA and UVB rays which causes ageing, sunburns and cancer.

5)Use a charcoal face mask once a week- Charcoal is renowned for drawing out impurities and unblocking pores for extremely healthy glowy skin that's super clean from within

6)Use eye cream- I've been using an eye cream for a year now & the skin under my eyes has never looked more plump & never felt so soft. It's important to do this early on as it prevents any wrinkles from forming.

7)Wear lip balm- Lipcare is equally as important as skincare and it's important to ensure your lips are soft and hydrated at all times (totally kissable ;)) exfoliating your lips with a different toothbrush before you do this step also helps them look more rosy and gorgeous.

8 )Change up your diet- Diet plays a huge step in skincare ''you are what you eat'' has never been more applicable. I generally avoid all fizzy drinks/sodas & only ever drink water which brings me to my next step...

9)Drink TONNES of water- Our body is made up of between 55-70% it's a no brainer

P.s- I like to be unconventional so it's only 9 steps instead of 10
