Yes it is. And it's also sexy to us men. Girls will do anything to be sexy these days, probably just a generational fad, but a great time to be a guy 😜
I think they're really hot, myself. It might have something to do with some subtle suggestion that a girl who wears one is 'punishable' or something, but mostly, I think it accentuates a girl's neck. And necks are sexy.
It's called a necklace that's tight. That's it. Thats like saying wearing bracelets are demeaning cause they are like handcuffs or wearing a jacket is like a straight jacket

Women like to be enslaved. Women natural tendency is to be subservant to a strong man.
Stop pretending to be a fucktard. It's just a recycled fashion trend that's like every other women's fashion trend... skinny jeans to bell bottoms and back. Nothing to do with sexual behavior and you already knew that.
That is actually interesting. It had conflicting purposes in different countries. But, what does a neck choker really look like? A dog collar right? Really, what other purpose does it serve?
Oddly, I've been suspecting many things about the origin of jewelry and bracelets and leg bracelets. I think it stems from women being slaves / possessions for a good deal of history. earrings, may have come later though. but bracelets and necklaces were probably originally due to girls being tied up when they were slaves to prevent them from escaping.
instead of posting questions in sexual behavior about women doing what they do now, maybe you should try posting a question... or better yet... write a MyTake on the history and evolution of women's fashion.
We all do and wear things today that meant something completely different hundreds or thousands of years ago.
Even I wore the choker whenever I want to feel sexy (underneath my hijab, at home, during my dancing workout), nothing to feel like a slave or what, it's just a fashion/trend
@victoriaxoxo Oh I just saw your comment! I am indeed from the Netherlands :)
I am not even sure why anyone would think a choker is a negative symbol or something like that. That update the question asker added 2 days ago... holy shit. Some men are really delusional it seems.
Not all women think the same so you can't talk about "Don't you want" when we all don't want the same things let alone it's cloth or w. e the fuck it is doesn't say nothing about their personalities
I am admiring why do girls leashing themeslves like animals !! One time a stupid gir sent back PM asking me a about her leashing Chocker And it turned out that she is truly animal Like what everyone here said LOL

No, girls and guys both do quite a bit to get laid nowadays, but wearing a choker isn't one of them...
Hum I must be really lucky then
Lmfao #anonlogic
It's a fashion trend dude, relax.

that is funny!
why the fuck was this posted in sexual behavior?
Isn't it sexual behaviour?
Why else would woman wear it?

hmmm... you wear chokers huh?
defend your history of women slaves and sexual exploitation!
DO IT! DO IT HARD! WE LOVE IT!
IT'S.
JUST.
FASHION.
Jewelry and tattoos date back thousands of years with various historical implications as well. Times change. Society morphs. Language evolves.
So, just realize that it is 2017 and you'll be OK bro. Now, stop trolling like a Blue Anon.
Dave Chapelle, had a skit about this:
https://youtu.be/fL-1kHxsavI
This means that anyone that gets a tattoo is Russian mafia. Or a Japanese Samurai.
https://youtu.be/hSCrL2Kl5oM
or that you are 8,000 years old.
https://youtu.be/MYn15yDBvxM
It goes back further than that. Cave men used to have tattoos. Look up Otzi the caveman.
It was a sign of dominance, accomplishments, and bravery.
had you watched the first video (which you clearly did not) Otzi is mentioned in it.
His body was preserved in ice for 5k years.
Nice try tho... you're sticking your foot farther in your mouth with every post.
That is actually interesting.
It had conflicting purposes in different countries.
But, what does a neck choker really look like?
A dog collar right?
Really, what other purpose does it serve?
what purpose do ear rings serve? Or a simple costume jewelry necklace?
Do women's bracelets reflect their desire to wear handcuffs?
Or could it be that they are simple fashion accessories?

I know you're not as obtuse as your pretend to be. You're just trolling like a blue anon does.

and Im sure that's why women in the 21st century wear them now.

a choker is just a tight necklace tbh thats why they sell it with all the jewlery and not with lingerie its just an accessory
it was so in in 2014... died.. then cam back 2016. and it just looks nice.
The fact that it is called a "choker" doesn't mean it is demeaning. It is just a neckless which is tight to the throat, nothing more.
exactly! Where are guys like you in real life?
The Netherlands apparently?

I dont think women wear it for that reason. But some bdsm collars for public wear do look a lot like chokers. Its mainly not to arouse suspicion.
Let's skip the fluff, go ahead and put the Dave Chapelle video in the comments.
I am waiting for the same haha
quitte frankly it's odd that's what you think of when you see a girl in a choker
I am admiring why do girls leashing themeslves like animals !!

I think you're just reading into it too much. It's just a necklace
What kind of stupid make a big deal about a piece of jewelry?
And you are also too old yo be so childish and immature.
*to..
The same reason why female make a big deal what goes on in males pants which are none of the females business.
Um, because it's a fashion trend and they are cute? Not demeaning at all
I think they're just fashion. I used to wear them when I was 10 or so and with no idea about the submissive business.
I never thought they looked slutty or degrading, I just thought they were the type of thing 13 year old emo's wear.
