When nanomachines and transhumanism become a reality, maybe:
If humans and machines are able to merge and become assimilated as hybrid beings, then clothes can simply be generated as an illusion on our artificial bodies, the clothes can pretty much be mimicked in existence, easier to switch out clothes within seconds and never have to buy new clothes ever again. That's only whenever that kind of a future become a reality, whenever and if ever.

Probably. Clothes are getting shorter and shorter ( shorts and crop tops ) and the amount of rips and holes in jeans are getting bigger. Also things like nudist beaches exist now. It's not such a terrible thing to be seen naked these days > I mean once upon a time women weren't even allowed to expose their ankles.
