  • Egg yolk in the hair has been SCIENTIFICALLY proven to help thicken and strengthen hair. If you're using heat products, stop. If it's hot where you live, put cocnut oil in to moisturize. Stress leads to hair falling out.
    by the way, I thought I was going bald or something because of all the hair coming out, but for some reason I was just shedding..
    Also, hormonal problems lead to hair falling out. Just check if you're regular, or if something's wrong...
    Vitamin defficiency as well.
