When I was younger, I was always known for my thicker hair. My hair wasn't that super thick where brushing made a huge frizz fest, but it was on the thicker side. Lately I've been noticing my hair has been thinning out and I don't know what I should do. The only thing I could think of that may have affected it was that I've been vegetarian for about two years and perhaps that diet may have been doing something. So any tips such as dietary choices or hair products would be nice. Basically just anything that could help. Thanks!

It's natural although you seem a little young for it but some medications chemicals and illnesses can effect your hair growth0
