This is a completely retarded answer. I'm a guy. Guys think she's hot because she has a perfect body. Huge perfect tits and a HUGE nice round ass. It comes down to if you are ok with implants or not. Lots of girls look at her and get jealous because they know she isn't natural. Some guys look at her and think she looks too unnatural so they don't think she's all that hot... but most of us would leave our significant others in a heat beat for a chance to get with her, for real.
