Depends how they wear it. It's so easy for people to overdo it, pile on the expensive clothings and it looks too flashy and extravagant.
No, it’s all about how you wear it/style it really. You can look hella fine with stuff from the thrift store if you know what to look for

I think that could go either way... As a girl I know that a plain white dress and Daisy Dukes is just as hot as all that P¡nk memorabilia that all the cheerleaders wear...
