Girls look good in general only if they have at least a six pack in my opinion
If she wants to, she can rock it. If someone doens't like how she looks like, they can look away. It's not like it's against the law to look any other direction.

No only slightly visible but no abs on girls that’s a turn off too much muscle on female makes them look too manly I guess

To be honest, not all kinds of clothes are suitable for any kind of body shape. Personally, I prefer the soft flat stomach without abs, its more feminine in my opinion.
It's up to them but i wouldn't be pleased to look at a belly which is stuck out, most people won't be.
