I normally like longer hair but some women look really good with a pixie cut. I think you should do what suits your time and style best. Plus you mentioned in other comments that you have significant other. Take their opinion the strongest.

I did that, then shaved off the rest a couple days later. Now I really miss having long hair, but it is very practical for jiu-jitsu!

Get rid of the piercings and go back to a normal color. That will take you from a 1 to about a 7 right there.
