Ladies, how often to you cut/trim your hair?

Every few months or when the ends start to split. Because of Covid I left it for over 6 months and just got it trimmed last week because no matter how I styled my hair, it always looked undone.

As a hairstylist i recommend you get your hair trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks or whenever you notice your ends getting more tangles and dry
