If a plastic surgeon offered you free plastic surgery. Would you accept their offer?

Yep not for cosmetic reasons but because I can’t breathe out of my nose properly and it makes it very hard when it comes to dental treatment and the dentist wants you to breathe out of your nose surgery where I live to get this fixed I’m looking at around $12 thousand dollars

No, I don't need to change any thing. Even if I didn't like the way a part of my face or anything looked, I'd just deal with it. Besides, I've seen too many pictures of celebrities totally screwing up their faces with plastic surgery.
