Can someone please explain to me why the pockets up front on women's pants are so shallow?

Because women were never six-year-old boys, and so never learned the value of pockets enough to demand them. I'd imagine the idea is that you don't need pockets if you have a purse, but that seems needlessly restrictive to me.

Maybe we just need more grade school boys as fashion designers. I don't know if women want that many dinosaurs on their clothes, though.

Only thing I can think of is generally women's jeans are designed more form fitting than men's jeans which are usually a more baggy fit style so the inner material for longer pockets would bunch more 🤷🏼‍♀️ just a guess tho, I really don't know...

Yea i never understood. But i prefer cargo pants or sweats. That way i have deep pockets. I never use back pockets for anything

Women usually buy jeans in sizes that they have to be liquified and then poured into them. Nothing could possible be squeezed into the front pockets except a Silver Dollar and even then you could read the date.

No idea. It's really hard to fit anything in there and if you do, it kinda hurts

Because ot haven't any functionality. And remember, in woman wear only skirt or dress is dapper.
