Why Do Some Girls Wear Bralettes as a Fashion Clothing Idem, but not A Regular Bra?

That's a good question and I don't know. With the examples you showed maybe it's because of the lace and other design features.

Because real bras serve to support breasts, that's their main function and looking pretty is just a bonus. Whereas bralettes don't provide much support so while they can be worn as a regular bra, some might just opt to wear normal bras instead for that support, and bralettes are supposed to be shown in my opinion. Which is why they have fashionable/unique straps that look good as a sneak peak under clothes, or lacy/pretty designs cause it's a fashion item.

Maybe some bralettes are more decorative than the standard type of bra.
Also most of them are no wired which gives that level of comfort

I'm not sure myself... Maybe bralettes are safer because they are not exactly a bra
