I said it is a fact this famous celebrity woman is pretty since she is a model

than afterwards another person just said to me “No, it is just your opinion. It is not a fact.”

That is definitely an opinion, because it is YOUR OPINION that a person is attractive for being a model. Beauty/attractiveness are subjective, and not everyone shares the same tastes.

For example, look into most polls about whether X trait or color is attractive, and it's not uncommon for most women to give an answer with an inverse response from the men. Look at say hair color preference questions and black, brown, blonde and red will all have votes. Look at "Do you think (insert allegedly famous model here) is attractive?" And at least half of the responses will either be "yes but she's overrated" or an outright no.
