Think there are degrees of visible. I think seeing it lightly is generally more attractive than not. If it were to protrude excessively it'd make me want to stuff food down their mouth instead. Which may or may not be a good response.

Anyhow, basically yes. Pretty sure mine also shows somewhat. Never had any negative comments on that.

It's usually nice, most athletic and slim looking people have theirs visible but I think there are some limits where it turns into kind of a starved look (that also depends on the overal body though).
