That's horrifying. Are the pictures sequential of when she got more flesh replaced with metal, synthetic fiber and plastic?

I'm going to guess surgery for epicanthic fold removal, cheek bones, chin, nose, breast implants, eyes made wider (no idea what you'd call that), besides lip implants having her mouth reshaped as some of it doesn't have lips, but lipstick. I'd imagine work on her body as well, but I don't even want to speculate.

Obviously someone likes the android look, though it makes me feel uneasy to look at her for too long. Like it has to be physically painful to be alive with that much flesh-sculpting done on you. Oh well, as I said above though, obviously someone else likes it, and she does as well or she wouldn't.

The only other explanation that would make me feel for her a lot is if she got into a bad wreck and that's the best they could do. Regardless, I'm very curious about a "before" picture as well as how she looks 10 years down the road. Willing to bet dollars to dimes she looked great beforehand, I'd toss a stick at her first to make sure she doesn't have an turret built in now though.

Until I saw these pictures I was under the impression that facial reconstruction surgery could be done to all parts of the human body except the eyes those are impossible to alter.

After seeing thesr pics my impression hasn't changed just it's clear someone thought they could pioneer the art and somehow make this girl's eyes wider.
