Are Artificial Colored Highlights Okay?

I think they look cool for the most part.
It's hair though... that's the good thing about hair, it always grows back and grows in with its natural color. People can play around for fun but always have the option to go back to their true self.

Tattoos and piercings are the mod that change you forever... you can never go back. If you think a tat looks cool and edgy at 20 but by 35 you think the 20 year old you was an idiot and you think the tattoo is ugly... no going back.

Anyway, colors in your hair look fun and youthful.

I really like natural hair colors so the artificial colored highlights aren't my favorite look. But if a girl wants to get them that's fine. We all have individual preferences.

well it depends on the color and your skin tone and what you're willing to go through to get it done I know for myself I had to sit in the salon for 10-12 hours not sure exactly while they bleached and dyed my hair it came out looking similar to the second picture only the highlights were a royal blue and the rest of my hair was almost black as that's my natural hair color

Yeah definitely especially if it’s done properly!!! I used to have pink highlights and I wish I could go back to having my favorite highlight color... ultraviolet matrix. Such a unique shade! Just make sure that the sections are stripped properly so the color could take easily. What color are you thinking of having?

Oh hell yeah. Saw a girl today with blonde hair but white highlight streaks through it looked amazing.

Maybe if you work in a tattoo parlor, club, or festival. The ones above are nice but yea just meant for special jobs/celebrations in my opinion

For me it doesn't depend so much on the color of the dye, it depends on the girl and the color of the hair. Looks better on some girls and with some hair colors.
