Which one seems more fancy?

I wouldn't say either one is "fancy" per se, but I think the yellow one is a classier style overall. However, just make sure it goes with the things you wear, because yellow doesn't compliment as many colours as something more subdued. Just a thought.

Depends what look you usually go for? If you're bold then the first one. It reminds me of a limited edition Hérmes bag I have, I personally wouldn't choose yellow.
The second would look great too but it depend what you wear with it. Snake skin isn't my thing but if you like the Michael Kors then go for it.

Honestly, the second one would look a lot better if it were in black or red.

Yellows not typically my color but I'd go with that one. Simple and subtle.

I think it depends on the outfit including the shoes. Without seeing those, I chose the yellow one as it seems more sophisticated.
