Not offhand I don't like them. But I feel like you could probably pull them off and make them look great. That's not because the shorts are amazing, though.

To me, they kind of look or remind me of backwater trashy country style heavy makeup girls. Which does have a certain appeal, to be honest.

No. They are neither sexy nor pretty. They look like plastic. Patent leather is good for shoes and belts and certain other things. Not so much for garments. Softer leather is better.
