Do you think it could be worn on its own in summer?
If it irons out decent, you could probably get away wearing it at a semi casual setting. It looks like it's been around for a while though. But anything casual I think you can do it. I imagine seeing that with jeans.
Yes its old

There are some freyed edges
Looking at the pictures provided I doubt anyone is going to notice, you could maybe get away with ironing the edges,It’ll straighten them out at least.
Slightly, but it will still be noticeable, but not as much
Would you care about it?
No, not casually, like I said, as long as it fits and isn’t discoloured, I wouldn’t be worried. ☺️
What about the freyed edges
Forgive me but I'm not perfect when it comes to having an eye for fashion. I like fashion but with things like having a finer view on things in terms of appearance and color clashing... I do fall short unfortunately 😞
It's light pink, and the edges are frayed, but it's not as visible if you wear it outside
Eh, pink isn't my color. I prefer black and white. An occasional blue.
And you wouldn't care about the edges
For the office, no. Obviously if I was dressing up it'd be an issue. But for day to day it's fine. I'm far enough up the ladder that little details like that won't make or break me.
What do you mean far enough up the latter?
Far enough up the corporate ladder that what I look like isn't as big of a deal. Depending on which of my jobs Im everywhere from owner to middle/upper management. So I can dress, pretty much how I want to a point (I am limited by the FDA in one of my positions).
I am talking about the confiditionIt's old
Condition? I don't see any tears. So good enough.
I mean edges are freyed, but it looks better outside
/shrug sticking to my answers. :p
Why does it look old to you
You don't think it looks old
Sometimes old is good it's shows some class. The white might be faded but there no rips or tears and still wearable.
It's not white but light pink
I probably iron it. I not afraid to wear some pink
The freyed edges don't bother you
No not really
It's not too used?
I think if you iron it, it will look fine
What about the collar and cuffs?
Maybe even add a few accessories or whatever women call it
What about the collar and cuffs? A little ironing and they'll look good
They are freyed but look better outside
If it's a casual occasion roll the sleeves up a little. Make it a 3/4 sleeve shirt
Are you wearing a dress or slacks with it
Maybe wear a black v neck shirt under the button down shirt. Just so it's not so see through.
One of the reasons I bought it is because its very thin and suitable for summer
You can just wear that shirt. I just thought it'd add a little touch of class.
we weren't allowed to wear what we wanted to wear till we were 18 we had to wear those dress shirts 6 days a week
yes and if my brother and i refuse to wear it we would be beaten with a buckle end of the belt till we were bleeding
The cuffs are not too freyed?
The shirt is pretty old
No just asking for the condition
It needs to be ironed...
What about the freyed cuff or edges? It doesn't look bad to you?
the stitching is all good, looks really good fabric and designed well. You need to iron it though
What about the freyed edges?
there aren't any freyed edges?
There are on the cuffs and collar if you look well
Especially third pic
okay cool, well in person it's probably more noticeable. It's for you to judge
What would you do
It looks the same in real life
Iron it and put it on, it's a better shirt than some of the ones I've got. Infact I'm throwing a lot of mine out and buying good stuff
It does look better if you have it on
That wasn't the question
It was a nice way of saying I think it looks bad
Geart, why do you think so?
I can’t really put a finger on it. That was just my first impression when I saw it
Alright, does it look old?
What do you mean
I mean why
It look alittle warn out
I don't see anything wrong with it, if that helps.
What about the freyed cuff?
It doesn't look old to you?
Not really, it just needs ironing!
