What Guys Said
Yup it was down to the middle of my back when I was a big metal head and some girls liked it or would compliment it. But as much fun doing windmills and head banging was it was a bitch to take care of! So after I had to cut it off I kept it that way lol
Used to have a mane down to my butt, but it got heavy on my neck, so i shortened it to mid back, when covid hit, i shaved the sides and back up to just half an inch above the ear and I've had it like that ever since. My hair is so thick and full it get super hot during the summer
For many years I grew my hair long and donated it to locks of love. They require at least 10 inches to donate. The first time I donated I let it grow to 10 inches and got it cut and they had to almost shave my head to get it... lol After that I grew it to about 12 inches before cutting it to donate so there was hair left to style. It took me almost three years between cuts do get it that long.
I didn't even know I have seriously wavy hair until I grew it out. I grew it out till it reached down to my midback when straightened, and a wild tangle of thick brown curls it was.
It went well with my big bushy beard, so I wasn't a smooth-faced girly-boy. I cut it off (mostly) because I was just starting a physical job outdoors and that would've been annoying and hot. I liked being a wildman while is lasted. I mean, I still have the beard.
I had long hair (one year uncut). I loved it except when the wind was blowing it in my face or working out.
My barber fucked it up two times. I had to cut it off to a default men's cut.
Plan on growing it again.
Never had it since I was a baby, It was kinda wavy. It was very long enough for me to be mistaken for a girl, (that was actually a moment that happened that my family told me, it was like during a shopping trip and a lady spotted us and said I was cutest girl she's ever seen, honestly that will be kept in my sacred memories for the best compliments that I will ever receive) anyways I never had it since but I do wish for it someday. I hope I'd get dreads.
I had them long for last ~15 years, probably.
At first I did not looked after them too much, just washed often and no haircut for years... last 5 years do it regularly.
I had them longer, then shoulder length, last 5 years just above shoulder.
I like them, anyone who does not like it, can f**k themselves.
In my case I did not seen it to be popular with girls, but I probably been in wrong crowds for it.
I had longER hair but never "long" hair. It was fine until it got to a point then became a pain in the ass to maintain. The gal I'm with now prefers it short and I'm damn glad for that!
I never had when I was young but I do now. I never knew that my head was hiding virtually perfect, curly Greek hair.
People from my childhood always tell me how I've glowed-up.
I had long hair most of my life. Just chopped it, because it started to look shitty. See my hair caught on fire on rhe top of my head and tried to save it, but once it grew out it was just shit. So im starting over
