UPDATE: I think that sagging your pants looks really classy and attractive. If I don’t wear the middle basketball shorts layer I just feel really underdressed.

That outfit is sloppy, shows that you don't respect yourself nor the company you're interviewing with.

I got the job. They did say something about my pants, and that I can’t dress like that at the office. I don’t see why, that actually looks really professional. Without the extra layer you just look like underdressed like your trying to go pants optional.

When i see this style i get association with low IQ people. Why? Because they haven't realized how dum it looks, low self awareness, lack of ability to process feedback from others attachment to his past high school self when it was cool meaning low maturity level as well. What sag do you hate the most? The minimum sag (only showing like the waistband brand), the medium sag (at like the middle of your buttocks), or the really low 2 layer sag (there is gym shorts in the middle and you have to kinda hold your pants up)
