If another person calls me average looking or ugly I automatically think they must are being 100 percent honest with me

but whenever a person calls me pretty I automatically think they must be lying to make me feel better about myself and they truly don’t think I am pretty.

Why wouldn't you believe someone when they tell you that you're pretty? They mean it. You should feel better about yourself. Nobody is average. Even so called average people are good at things that others aren't. You are special and need to make yourself believe it.
