Do you find tattoos attractive?

I don't care for them. Some are flat out grotesque and others look like pointless doodles, like someone would make in a notebook when they were bored.

I think people first decide that the want a tattoo before even deciding where they want it. Then they start searching for designs. "Should I get a fairy, a unicorn or a dragon?" In other words, getting a tat is the point, not what it looks like. It's a cultural fad. "Look at me. I got a tattoo."

I especially don't like them on women. It looks like the got tagged with graffiti. It's like vandalism on their tender, glowing skin. It doesn't improve their looks. It makes them look tough, not beautiful and delicate.

However, I am in favor of temporary tats that can be used as accessories and changed for different occasions. They can be like body paint or skin tight clothing.

Love art so depends on motive and skill level of tattoo artist. Can get trashy fast with a crappy tribal tattoo though.

Not for me, but I understand people's interest in them, which goes way back into the roots of primitive tribal culture, as a way of knowing who was really from where.

It just seems so fashionable now that it starts to get boring. Japanese Yakuza and Maori and other Polynesian cultures use of tattoos seems authentically related to the idea of identification and historical narrative, and there's a kind of solid anthropological value to that, but white folks from the suburbs still look like white folks from the suburbs, no matter how much ink or piercing is involved.

I dont go out and say ," I'm going to find a hot guy with tattoos today". If he has them and they look nice and in a decent location cool. But that doesn't make or break the guy whether he has tattoos or not

It depends on a few things. Number one, how many. If it's one small tattoo that is located somewhere that isn't right out in the open, I think it's alright. Also, the meaning. I have a small crow tattooed on the underside of my wrist because it's the symbol of my family, Jackson. It's small enough to be completely hidden underneath my watch, so it doesn't pose a problem at work. I only have it because it reminds me of my family whenever I look at it, which is nice when you're halfway around the world away from them most of the time.

No. A heavily tattooed woman looks like she's still wearing clothes. You can't enjoy her skin. She's never naked. I don't fuck with my clothes on.

I love tattoos. Its definitely very attractive to me seeing a guy who has tattoos. I have a few tattoos myself.
