I do a really mild peel every 3 or 4 days before I go to bed, then I lather on lotion. When I wake up, my skin is clearer and baby soft.

-I use sulfate, paraben & petrochemical free shampoo & conditioners
-I use either extra virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, sweet almond oil or Amla oil as a leave in conditioner, although, I only use Amla oil 2x a week at most.
-I use ApHogee 2 minute keratin reconstructor once a week, on Sundays. And once a month I do a Queen Helene Cholesterol deep conditioning and I'll leave the Queen Helene Cholesterol cream in my hair for 30-60 minutes
-I wash my hair every other day, but I co-wash on days I do not wash
-I use a moisturizing deep conditioner on the days I wash
-I exfoliate my skin every other day with baking soda mixed with my Purpose cleanser
-I use the Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque once a week, usually on Saturdays
-I use Epiduo every other day, alternating with Ponds Dry Skin Cream(light blue top)
-I take a One-A-Day Multivitamin Teen Advantage for her, 2 Fish Oil Pills, 1 Shark Liver oil, Biotin pills & a Nopal pill
-I eat salmon 2x a week at a minimum, sardines once a week at minimum. I try to eat oily fish regularly
