practice, practice, practice! :D
wear them at home, walk around in them for hours at a time, practice walking on kitchen tiles, carpeting, up and down steps... I can run in heels at this point haha. so practicing will definitely get you there :)
Start with a kitten heal..then go to wedges...or try wearing heels on a daily basis until..you can properly balance on them..
Make sure you break them in before wearing them for a long time (your feet will thank you)...and practice at home with them like your on a runway
swing your hips slightly
start with a lower heel too.
Practice. And smaller steps.
