My foot fetish started when I was a little 7 year old ( Caribbean Black) boy playing around with my little 10 year old Asian girl neighbor, @ least that's when I started to like feet and foot smells.

The funny part about it is when she started chasing me and our well to do parents who are usually upstairs talking to each asked "Why are youbguys keep chasing each, be careful so you two don't fall and get hurt" That's when we usually slowed down and went to the Frigidaire for a cold drink. The weird stuffs little kids do!
Anyway, the fun ended when my parents moved from Hollywood and purchased a nice home in Torrance CA.
We did keep in touch with eachother for a while, but we both got older, started dating and don't talk often anymore.
I love a pretty lady with pretty feet, and I do get caught taking a quick look @ chicks sexy feet @ times. it''s funny how some of them look down at their feet to see if something is either wrong with their shoes, or if their feet look so attractive to catch my attention so much.
I think women of all races and ethnicities can have cute feet, but I think most Asian babes have the sexiest feet around. Asian chicks feet are usually cute, soft looking, and painted with sexy colors.

They were checking out your legs, but their gaze naturally went down to your feet, and they then could tell you were aware they were watching, so they kept their gaze at your feet instead of openly appreciating your legs in the skinny jeans. as they had been doing just before you noticed.
They'd be embarrassed to be caught staring at your legs, so they pretended to be checking out the shoes!
I’ve learned that most men are scared 😱 to admit that they like girls feet and the way they smell is different as your pheromones make a smell that attracts us. As a guy who is able to appreciate the beauty of a woman's feet, I would wonder how pretty her feet and toes are in her flats. What color are her toenails? Is she wearing any toe rings? If you want honesty, I have to say that I like like the smell of a woman's feet after she's been wearing flats all day, or even flip flops or heels. To me, it's a sexy smell. The scent of her feet is a special part of her essence, something that is uniquely hers, and not something to be ashamed of or be disgusted by. So when I see a woman in flats, pumps, flip flops, or whatever, I naturally wonder what her feet smell like, and if they have that sexy smell.

I also like to see a lady wearing jeans and flats. After all, the skin on the tops of her feet matters more to me than her toes or toenails. Even when a woman wears flats, most of the skin on the tops of her feet remains visible.
Skinny jeans are shaped like 2 arrows from your body pointing down, and there's not a lot to look at with jeans, so naturally the eyes look down. I look at women's shoes all the time (only on a woman, not online, in a store, etc)-no fetish here, just curiosity more than anything else. And I don't have any particular interest in even my shoes that makes me a footwear snob. Also, girls look at shoes too. Shoes do sometimes say things about the person or how they are feeling that day... Flats vs sandals vs flips vs boots... It's all a puzzle that can help appease momentary boredom.

... but that is not so. If I find something nice on a girl, my aight automatically goes to her feet and I see if there is any eye candy there. It has nothing to do with anything sexy going on in the legs like you suspected. It goes to the extent that if I find a girl's feet disgusting or cracked and uncared, I lose interest in that girl. I always check out a girls feet if they are on display. Nice feet = sexy! - Bad feet = major turnoff. Also, you can tell a lot about a girl by her shoes. My favorite shoes to see a girl wearing are flip flops. If a girl is not wearing flip flops and the weather is not cold I am just not interested.
I have all this in common with you. I try not to stare. I just love-it when ladies wear pale greens or bright blues on their toenails. I'm always just trying to see if her feet are exposed and what color her toenails are. I cannot relate to any woman who is bothered by that
