Well, if you have a decent meal plan. Like counting your Macros, and also finding a good cutting phase routine workout for females. Then I would expect to see results in 2 months. Kinda also depends on your Body Fat percentage.

I make smoothies every day of breakfast or snack. It has banana, milk, honey, oatmeal, peanut butter and cinnamon. I try to cut out sugar from the diet.
For building abs, I got my abs from doing the plank and superman during my workout. I used to do sports so we would go out and run 5 days a week for about an hour and ahalf.
That is really all I do. Hope this gives you some idea.
