Girls don't flirt with most guys. They especially don't usually initiate flirtation. This is because they all already have lots of guys flirting with them all the time. Even uglier girls can open their social media accounts to dozens of guys trying to flirt with them.

so they are living in abundance. why would they try to flirt with even more guys when they already have plenty of attention?

women usually wait on the guy to set the pace. so if you are quiet and dont associate with many people, and look mean then you won't get as many flirts compared to a guy who is friendly, talkative and knows everyone. it doesn't mean that you are unwanted, it just means you gotta put your best foot forward and try to make the first move.
