Honestly approaching women is the scariest thing I have ever done. And I have forced myself to do it so many times under a small period of time. It made me go nuts. Yes please approach men too. Cause y'all probably have better luck than we do anyway. If a guys doesn't want a girl to approach he's either old or wants to control you. Just don't try to lead. Let the relationship be equal. Don't let him lead you and you dont lead him. Let it be equal. It should be effortless.

When I was young and insecure, it was petrifying unless I wasn't thinking it through over and over. Later on I learned to trust my improvisation skills and spontaneity. Nowadays I know how to look for a subtle 'green light', so don't care who does the first move anymore. Oftentimes it is even simultaneous.

"Shyness" - they aren't shy, really - is fear of rejection. If the woman does the approaching, he won't have that fear.

I don't care who makes the move as long as I like the girl to begin with. If I don't like her to begin with she might have to work harder at selling herself, but my mind is not stone. It can be changed. If more women made the first move we'd all have fewer missed connections. I can't watch every woman in the room simultaneously so even if you are "dropping hints", that doesn't mean I see them.
