- Simply go to HR and let them know what your situation is. That way just in case if the situation happens when you must tell him straight and he continues to push, you won't risk getting in trouble. You're there to work and you're not there to have problems in your life let alone in the workplace. If he is so much interested in a girlfriend he needs to find somebody that he can connect with outside of the workplace. Not somebody he actually works with or who works in the same company as him.Is this still revelant?

- I had this happen to me and I felt v odd about it, so I kinda just ignored them cause they'd follow me around the store and this manager got pissy and it's a whole long story that urks me but yeah, it's just that. Ignoring them really or be straight forward with them in a way that doesn't sound like you're hostile. Is this still revelant?

- Tell them you are not interested. And try not to be around them alone. Never give them any of your contact information. But you have to be honest with them. And I, hate to say this. But you are going to have to be really mean yo them. Until they get the hint.Is this still revelant?
- I don't know shit ur pants infront of him or fart mad loud. Or pretend to get a phone call near him and be like DAMN DUDE I can't BELIEVE IM GROWING BARNACLES ON MY LEFT LIP If that don't scare him away you should prolly quitIs this still revelant?

- Either have an honest talk with this dude or talk to your manager about it. Or both.
But talk to him first.
Establish boundaries and be clear you don't reciprocate and that his actions are inappropriate. Document everything, and if he continues then go talk to your manager.ReactLike

- Be honest and tell them you’re not interested and never will be. Usually works!
However, with stalker like oddballs, you need to contact HR and perhaps the police. These types can become dangerous. I have experienced this first hand.ReactLike

- Maintain a clear distance at all times, never kinda be friends, always maintain boundaries.
I had a girl kinda stalking me years ago, turned out in a fairly harmless way, but still weird and worrying at the time.ReactLike

- You tell him that you appreciate that he thinks of you I’m that way, then you simply tell him that you’re just not interested in him in the same way that you only see him as a friend or just a colleague, he might accept that he might not, but if you do in politely enough then he might accept it he might be sad a first but after a short while he’ll be ok.React

- Well if you don’t like the individual then try end overcome it with a little humour. Next time they are with you and other colleagues are around just say oh hi there creepy crusher.React

- If it's a colleague at work (which is the usual place you'd use the term "colleague") , either give him a verbal warning and make recording or note of it, or report him straightaway to the boss or rights/abuse department, if you have one.React

- Be professional, guarded friendly. He will get the hint. Don’t make anything out of it... people are allowed to have crushesReact

- In the course of the last couple of days, my teenage daughter has complained "nobody's interested in me", and "I'm not going near there, [he]'s a creep".
How about something along the lines of, "I get the feeling you're interested in me. I'm flattered/that's nice, but I don't feel the same way."? You might get some insulting "I wouldn't be interested in a... like you", but at least he'd know where he stands.ReactLike

- Tell him not to look at or talk to you period.
If he even looks your way or speaks to you except in the course of his job description then HR his manager and Legal. Sometimes people need to get fired for their inappropriate behavior.ReactLike

- How do you define creepy.
He is old, and you don't fancy old men. I like you but you are are older than my dad.
A younger man , I like you but I don't think my boyfriend would appreciate your attention towards me...
Or something like it...ReactLike

- I would still be polite, but try to tell him that you're not interested. I would also try to avoid him or pretend he's not there.React

- What makes their crush creepy? I would just treat them how I treat everyone and if I got asked out, tell them no. Pretty standardReact

- Tell him straight up that you noticed he had attention on you and that you are sure he is a nice guy (blah, blah) but that you are not interested. Otherwise he will keep being creepy and thinking “you r giving him mixed vibes” or whatever.React
