I don’t judge others and when I was judging others without notice in another format I stopped because I have always been and still is accepting to who others are in life.

So I just started working here and I feel she’s judging me as other people are I’m new and still trying to find my way and I feel people are casting me as lazy or not helpful when I did one day of computer training and was put on the floor. Many of the situations I have came across I was completely lost because they were in trainings I haven’t completed yet.

I been where you are and I’m currently in transitioning leaving where you are. I been bullied, broken, and abused in life. Been through all types of hell in my life but I couldn’t let anything break me in life. You have to only do things in life that satisfy you and if others are mean to you it’s a reflection of who they are not you. Just do you because you are the one putting in this effort for your future

Yeah I’m this new role people talk about me behind my back and make smart ass remarks to my face acting like I don’t do anything. It takes a toll because some of these people have been there 3 and 4 years I have been there 3 weeks now with only a few hours of computer training
