Throwing yourself at a guy is like you look deserpate basically and that he can either make you or break you. Well that is my defintion and you can flirt but if he turns you down then keep on going and don't flirt like too hard because you can usually see in a persons face when they are gettn tired of you

Tugging at his arms, making out with him when he didn't see it coming, flashing your boobs when he didn't ask for it, flirting with him in public in a way that you make him feel pressured into giving you something, pouring your heart out to him suddenly, all those qualify and throwing yourself.
