Some guy I like has told my friend that he likes me but is feeling bad about leaving his girlfriend. He's been with her over a year. He's is in his early 30's and his lady is in her mid twenties, I'm in my 40's and don't have time for games. I don't know if he is fantasizing about sex only with me. My friend has met his girlfriend and says she seems insecure. What should I do?

It seems a little rash to dump the girlfriend he's been with over a year for someone he only LIKES at this point. If you don't have time for games, then move on to someone who is already available. Don't put any stock into a guy who's already in a relationship with someone else. The fact that she *seems* insecure (key word being "seems" - you don't really know) doesn't matter if he loves her and they are compatible.
