How to really flirt?

It depends. If you want to get to know a girl you don't know and you are shy, I think you might be more confortable by trying to find common interests and talking about them, then you can start letting her know that you are interested once you feel confortable. You have a better chance if you know what you are going to talk about with the girl you pick, like, maybe she has something written in her t-shirt and you can make a comment about that, or maybe she's reading a book you like... You know, something that allows you talk to her as you would talk to a friend to break the ice. If you already know the girl and you are more or less friends, that makes it easier. I atually don't like boys who openly flirt... Ideally, if a boy I knew were to "flirt" with me, I'd like him to look into my eyes deeply when we talk (that really works! practise in front of the mirror!) or to catch him looking at me, to smile to me in a different way that he smiles to other people... Non verbal stuff. Which is easier than verbal stuff if you are shy. It's slower as well, but you know, some of us like it. Also, if it's a special ocassion and she's wearing something pretty or has makeup or has done something to her hair, tell her she looks beautiful.
